Shipping Policy:
Fish are shipped USPS Priority 3day to the Continental US only.

USPS Priority Mail Medium Box (2 bags) $20.00 *
USPS Priority Mail Large Box (3 bags) $28.00 *
Packages shipped weekly on Mondays Only, contingent on weather conditions.
All fish are fasted for 24hrs prior to shipping, shipped in new clean water, and double bagged to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
This means that fish are pulled from Breeding tanks and placed in Purging tanks on Saturday for shipping on Monday. Orders must be placed and paid for by Saturday 8am EST for shipping on Monday morning.
Shipping will be postponed to the next shipping Monday should the current week have a Federal Holiday (USPS not operating).

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:
In the event of a DOA, ONLY Store Credit will be issued.
Photos of dead fish in unopened bag within 2 hours of package drop-off time emailed to the DOA address in your order confirmation email is required to receive credit for dead fish.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
